When are your classes?

We meet Saturday mornings at 10:00 plus Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 19:15.

Where do you meet?

For the Tuesday & Thursday evening sessions during the winter months (when the clocks change), we meet by the statue in the middle of the Wandsworth Park.

For Saturday sessions and evening sessions over summer (April-Sept) we meet at the bench by the childrens playground close to ‘Putt in the Park’ in the top corner of the park.

Do you train if it's raining?

Yes, we’re out training no matter what the weather. Naturally we adapt to suit the conditions however we’ll be out rain, snow or shine.

Do you have to be fit to do the sessions?

Our sessions are designed so that anyone of any fitness level can come down and give it a go.

‘Easy to learn, hard to master’ is the key meaning everybody should get a good workout whatever their ability

How long do the sessions last?

45 minutes to 1 hour including warm up and cooldown.

What do the sessions involve?

All our sessions involve elements of cardio, strength and conditioning plus core work so everything you need to hit those personal fitness goals.

Do I need to bring anything?

The coach can take care of your keys and phone plus we recommend bringing a bottle of water. Apart from that we provide all the kit so all we request is you bring a smile and a positive attitude.

How much is membership?

Membership comes in at 39.99 per month which includes access to all sessions plus social events and activities.

Unlike gyms there is no contract so you are free to come and go as you wish.
