One to One Sessions with Putney Bootcamp's Top Personal Trainer

Duncan is are available to offer one on one sessions in the Putney area Monday to Saturday outside of the usual Putney Bootcamp hours.

You can book a free consultation afterwhich sessions start at £60 / session for a 10 session package which also includes membership to the bootcamp group.

Homebase is in Wandsworth Park by the river Thames though there are options to travel to your your home or residential gym in the Putney / Wandsworth area.

Putney Bootcamp membership is free to all our practising personal training clients which gives you the chance to add extra coached sessions alongside the one to one sessions for no extra cost.

Just like Putney Bootcamp the sessions are designed to be varied, fun, upbeat and perfect for all levels of fitness.

Duncan has over 10 years experience in the industry and alongside having competed in various events such as marathons, triathlons, adventure races he also specialises in :

Hi I'm Duncan and thanks for checking out the site. You may well have seen me out in Wandsworth Park training people with my funny hat on at some point however if not, you'll probably spot me and the bootcamp crew getting stuck in one evening or a Saturday morning.

I like to think we've got a pretty friendly squad with the focus on not only training hard and getting fit but also creating a social group in the local area whereby everyone's welcome irrespective of ability.

As you'll see from above, I also have a few slots available for one-on-one sessions should you fancy a little extra help and while obviously these slots are slightly limited feel free to drop me a line as I'm sure we can get you working in the right direction towards your fitness goals.
