Tuesday Circuits @ 19.15
Wandsworth Park

Tabata Tuesdays – Circuit session fitness class based around the super effective HIIT Tabata system providing a total body and cardio workout for maximum results.

In short 5/6 stations, 4 minutes at each station, 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest x 8 using body weight exercises, kettlebells and Db’s.

Simple exercises, tough session, great fitness class, everyone can work at their own pace. Maximum effect!!!

Thursdays Boxing Circuits @ 19.15
Wandsworth Park

Thursday boxing circuits is always a great one to blow off the stress of the week.

No experience required as we build a session around simple boxing techniques that are easy to pick up yet provide an awesome workout for all levels.

Great fun social workout that will definitely get the heart rate up and the endorphins flowing!

Saturdays Morning Circuits @ 10.00
Wandsworth Park

Circuit Saturdays – All over circuit session fitness class with a few sprints and games thrown in for good measure. Changes weekly, seasonal sessions, always good fun and a great one to kick off your weekend with a bang!

All sessions are coached by a local qualified trainer. We provide all the kit and all sessions are designed so anyone of any level can get involved, have fun, get social and work towards their fitness goals.

Meeting Point

Saturday sessions / weeknight summer sessions  – Meeting at the bench on the grass next to the childrens playground in the top corner of the park.

Weeknight winter sessions (oct-mar) – Meeting at the statue in the middle of the park.
